L’appartamento “Majella” (quadri-locale – 80 mq) situato al primo piano all’interno del secondo edificio lato sud, con terrazzo. Dispone di 5 posti letto con la possibilità di aggiungere da 1 a 3 letti supplementari (I° camera matrimoniale + II° grande camera da letto con possibilità 2 singoli o 1 matrimoniale + III° piccola camera da letto con letto singolo + corridoio di disimpegno + cucina con tavolo da pranzo e lavatrice + bagno con wc, bidet e lavandino + antibagno con 2° lavandino e doccia + grande e fresco terrazzo coperto, con tavolo e sedie da esterno). L’appartamento ha camere da letto ampie e confortevoli, è arredato con mobili d’epoca e le finestre hanno una bella vista sui monti della Majella e su un bel giardino sottostante (tutto illuminato di sera). La cucina è completamente attrezzata ed è dotata di lavatrice e si affaccia, tramite comoda finestra, direttamente sul grande terrazzo. Aria condizionata/pompa di calore (con rimborso spese elettricità a consumo).
In inverno è dotato di 2 stufe a legna con sportello a vetro.
Apartment Majella (4-room, 80 sq.m) on the first floor in the secondary building, with terrace. It has 5 beds with the choice of adding up to 1/3 extra beds (two large bedrooms, one with double bed, the other with 2 single ones or another double bed possible + one bedroom with 1 single bed + a long corridor + a kitchen with table for dining + a bathroom with wc, bidet and sink + ante-bathroom with shower and sink + a covered large and fresh terrace with outdoor table and chairs). The flat has large bedrooms, is furnished mostly with old furnitures and the windows have a nice view on the Majella mountains and on the back gardens. The kitchen is fully equipped and with washing machine. Air conditioning system, with extra charge if used.
In winter is equipped with 2 wood stoves with fire-glass (besides the standard heating).
